It’s time for City Council to vote “no.”
Several Richmond City Council members expressed concern today over a comment attributed to Mayor Dwight C. Jones by the Richmond Free Press, which reported that the mayor recently told a mostly black audience that a majority of the council “does not look like us” while criticizing the lukewarm reaction to his baseball-focused development plan.
